一、This is a precision-machined industrial connection assembly, consisting of two mating core components: The material is titanium alloy.
Left side component: Necked flange joint
Structural features: The bottom is a flange with evenly distributed mounting holes, the top is a stepped protruding tubular joint, and the center is a through hole.
Right side component: Precision flange seat with locating pin
Structural features: The whole is a multi-layered stepped disc with multiple weight-reducing/mounting holes on the outer ring, grooves and positioning pins on the inner ring, and a through hole in the center.

Left-side flange with neck:
